Rxplorers Kids Camp – A Hands-On Pharmacy Adventure!
Looking for a fun, educational summer activity for your child? The Rxplorers Kids Camp at AGErite Pharmacy & Wellness Center is a one-of-a-kind STEM experience designed for curious kids ages 6–12 (children must be at least 6 years old by June 1, 2025).
This immersive, science-based camp introduces children to the exciting world of pharmacy, chemistry, and medication safety through hands-on, interactive learning.
Campers will:
- Make Real Compounding Creations by simulating medicated lollipops, troches, and topical creams using safe, edible or skin-friendly ingredients.
- Explore Hands-On Chemistry concepts like mixing, measuring, solubility, and pH through colorful, sensory-rich experiments.
- Learn about Medication Safety & Wellness, including how medicines help, when to use them, and how to be safe around them.
- Be Guided by Professionals, with sessions led by a licensed pharmacist and pharmacy students joining on select days.
- Gain STEM-Focused Enrichment that builds confidence in science, math, and health through real-world applications.
- Celebrate with a Certificate of Completion and a fun photo moment to commemorate their experience.
The camp is $50 per child per session, with morning and afternoon time slots available. Multiple sessions are encouraged! A 50% deposit secures your child’s spot.
This camp is more than just a summer activity—it’s a spark for a lifelong love of science, learning, and caring for others. Rxplorers nurtures the next generation of healers, creators, and leaders by blending hands-on fun with meaningful education.
